Yoga for beginners with many practical advices including a written course material.

This summer class will take place over a period of nine weeks and will be integrated in our regular yoga class (starting again this autumn).

You can join this class for a free trial lesson if you didn't participate at a trial lesson for our regular yoga class in the past.

No previous registration required.

We recommend to arrive 6:15pm the latest in order to register at our reception and have time to change before the class starts.
