Von Anfang Mai bis Ende Oktober 2024: Sport im Park, kostenlos und ohne Anmeldung: Rückengymnastik (freitags von 10:00 bis 11:00 Uhr) und Bewegter Spaziergang (freitags von 11:00 bis 12:00 Uhr) im Österreichpark in Charlottenburg, direkt an der Spree.
Treffpunkt: Bewegungsparcours Bonhoefferufer (Koordinaten 52.52252938700902, 13.30300628042814)
Bitte mitbringen: Etwas zu trinken, Handtuch oder Matte für Übungen auf dem Boden (kein Problem, wenn du weder Matte noch Handtuch dabei hast, dann kannst du ein großes Tuch ausleihen oder wir machen Übungen im Stehen).
Alle sind willkommen! Die Übungen werden an die Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer angepasst. Das Bewegungsangebot wird im Rahmen von "Sport im Park" vom Berliner Senat gefördert.

Sport in the park: back exercises & walking and exercising in Charlottenburg, right next to the Spree
From the beginning of May to the end of October 2024: Sport in the park, free and without registration: back exercises (Fridays from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.) and walking and exercising (Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon) in the Österreichpark in Charlottenburg, right beside the Spree River.
Meeting point: Bewegungsparcours Bonhoefferufer (Coordinates: 52.52252938700902, 13.30300628042814)
Please bring along something to drink and a towel or mat (no problem if you come without a mat or towel, you can also borrow a piece of cloth or we'll do exercises standing up).
Everybody is welcome! Exercises will be adapted to the needs of the participants. The Senate of Berlin is sponsoring free sport groups in Berlin as part of the program "Sport im Park".
