His songs sound like traditional chansons from South East Europe circa 1912 as well as untraditional chansons from Venus circa 76000. As lyrics for these intricate compositions Zhenja selects words from his favorite poets from Russia, Poland, US, England, Ukraine, to mention a few, as well as and local poets from Berlin.
