Angelo Romano is an acoustic singer-songwriter currently residing in Berlin. Born 1982 in a small-sized town in Western Sicily, Angelo has lived also in Pisa, Florence (Italy), Ottawa (Canada), Amsterdam and Groningen (Netherlands).

Angelo is a talented guitarist and inspired storyteller with a peculiar musical style inspired by Italian singer/songwriters as well as bluesy and folk sounds, all of this melded with an original, and somehow harsh, playing style. His compositions normally cover short stories of his and more abstract themes related to traveling and human relationships.

He self-released "The Dutch Album", eight songs inspired by his three-year period in the Netherlands, in April 2013. A follow-up album named "Bitter Stories", whose idea came during a journey to Poland and a meeting with an art student in Krak√≥w who collaborated to the creative process, was finally released on 21 October 2013.

He performs occasionally around Berlin and the rest of Europe, occasionally playing with fellow Italian Giovanni Manunta on trumpet. They will also be touring together around Europe in June and July in order to share stories to a wider audience.
