The Smallest Revolution & So so Sofie – Solo Together Tour

The smallest Revolution

Ditte Tranberg aka The Smallest Revolution is based in Denmark, Copenhagen. There’s a nordic sound and feel to her music that combines such genres as modern folk, traditional singersongwriter and blues. The guitar and the piano floats calmly and intensely under the rough, but however soft voice. Her sound has a very powerful expressive simplicity.

So so Sofie
Danish singer/songwriter Sofie Christiansen started singing and playing music at a young age, and has always known it was the path for her to take. Since the birth of her songwriting alias So so Sofie in 2011, she and her red piano have played many concerts around the Copenhagen music scene, and outside of Copenhagen.

"HISTORY BEHIND". Drawings by Juan Avellanosa & Poems by Ricardo Malpartida

Juan Avellanosa (Madrid/Berlin) started this series of drawings some years ago. When the moment came, he asked his friend Ricardo Malpartida (Lima/Berlin) to choose some of them. Ricardo wrote texts for each of the selected drawings. It wasn’t about descriptions, but about poems.
A translation? An inspiration? A question?
The desire that the process will never come to an end. The desire that the question launched to the world through that drawing will find one or many answers.

When Juan draws, he usually sits in a comfortable place from which he starts to “shoot” reality before his eyes, leaving traces of the movements of people and things, creating echoes and allowing them in his drawing, like wandering ghosts willing to be seen, desperate to leave something behind in this world.
Juan knows that his tools (pencils, ink…) are also human. When Ricardo writes, he usually goes to a park; he sits under a shadow and chooses a drawing. He just sees it. Then he starts hearing the voices that the drawing produces, the words that the drawing brings to his mind.
Every word is written down and when this trance is finished, it means the raw material has been caught. The words will be kept in a notebook and Ricardo will start to write later.
The words will be the base and the decoration of a text that will let in other echoes and voices, the meanings out of a deliberated control.
Ricardo knows that his tools (words) are also human.

What you are seeing and reading is the semantic mixture of both artistic processes, which will keep on asking the same question: When do we finish seeing?
