Are you an EU-citizen and want to vote in the European elections on May 26th, but you aren't sure how? Do you also want to see the voter turnout for the European elections grow?

Then come to this #thistimeimvoting event in Berlin on Saturday, April 6th at 4pm!

Here you can find out:

- how to vote in the European elections if you live in Germany but aren't a German citizen

- how to fill out a voter registration form

- how to motivate other Expats to go vote!

The event will be hosted by members of the #thistimeimvoting Expat Team in Berlin. Claire, a supporter, and Christopher, from the European Parliament Liaison Office in Berlin, will give a presentation. Afterwards you can exchange ideas with other local supporters and brainstorm together about how to get out the vote!

The event will be held in English. Wenn Du jedoch Deutsch sprichst, aber trotzdem wissen möchtest, wie man wählen gehen kann, komm bitte auch vorbei! Wir werden unser Bestes auf Deutsch geben. :)

About the Expat Team: We are a group of enthusiastic people who come from various EU member states and currently live in Berlin. We share a passion to nurture and grow European democracy at every opportunity so that the European Parliament can be an effective citizen's voice within the EU.

We have been organizing activities to reach out to people and raise awareness of the European elections. Together, we are contacting newspapers, planning events, visiting schools, and creating videos and visual material to sustain the campaign here in Berlin.
