Jacco Bunt, Stephan Bontje and Nasbami invite you to the workshop Searching The Boundaries Of Collage as part of the European Cultural Heritage Year 2018!
Following this year’s motto “Sharing Heritage” and the research theme of the exhibition - TRADITIONS, the workshop aims to explore the limitations of the medium collage. Participants will explore three different urban environments focusing on tracing visual traditions in these spaces.
The artists want to engage in an artistic exchange with the participants and jointly investigate where the borders of the collage leap, but at the same time connecting it to their own individual craft. In the process of collective creative porosity we will find out whether the collective process broadens the boundaries of collage and gives the possibility for something new to emerge.
The workshop participation is free of charge and workshop and all materials needed will be provided. Your art produced in this workshop will be presented during Berlin Art Weekend in Haus Schwarzenberg.
