SomoS Art Space is excited to announce Schattenland, the first solo exhibition in Berlin by Portuguese artist Teresa Supico.

This captivating exhibition features her latest series of paintings, created during her residency in Berlin, where she explores Carl Jung's concept of the shadow—the hidden aspects of the self.

Drawing inspiration from Berlin's unique cultural atmosphere and her admiration for Hayao Miyazaki, Supico blends playful, dreamlike elements with profound psychological themes.

Her works, painted on synthetic felt using monotype techniques, reveal hidden figures within abstract backgrounds. Schattenland also showcases larger works on unconventional materials like carpet, offering a rich exploration of the subconscious.
