Voix Déterres is an ecofeminist collective formed in France, in July 2019. The adventure started with a talking circle, where participants shared the appalling realization that the world as we know it is dying, that the most precarious are being killed first, and the burning desire to help a different world see the day.
What is ecofeminism and where does it come from? What experiences have given birth to this movement and how is it embodied in the collective Voix Déterres?
In what way are ecofeminisms building a basis for a global and radical change, for a more just future, for a life that is more in symbiosis with the worlds in which we co-exist?
This film was born from the desire to make this notion known, to bear witness to the birth of a collective and to retrace and make visible these struggles that are still too little known.
