2024 is coming to an end and brings our last screening of the year: Bury that Feeling.
We will be screening three short films with a Q&A with the directors and of course, make sure to make the time to have a drink with us and the directors at Z-Bar.
Don't forget that you will be able to vote for your favorite film in the end of the screening for our 2024/2025 competition.

PROGRAM
Short #1: "Trains Passing", Ani Mrelashvili
Fiction, 10min
A small group meets every Wednesday in an apartment. They relax, do movement exercises, and are given the task of writing a documentary poem. As they dive into the writing process, they are unexpectedly interrupted by a stranger who is actually looking for an apartment.
Short #2: "Volver al Sur", Sofía Ayala
Fiction, 15min
Father is dead. Daughter and son carry his corpse south of the border. Despite the risk this journey
entails, they set out to bury him at the place that used to be home. A migrant family story.
Short #3: "Tako Tsubo", Eva Pedroza, Fanny Sorgo
Animation, 6 min
Mr. Ham decides to have his heart removed in order to be relieved of his complicated feelings. The doctor assures him that this is no longer a problem at all in this day and age. However, Ham keeps his heart for a while after the removal in order to perhaps understand it better after all. Tako Tsubo* is an animated, surrealistic reflection on dealing with feelings in a meritocracy.
The screening will take place at the Z-Bar Berlin and will start at 20h30 but make sure to come early to save a seat.
The entrance is free as always.
