Around the BOOKS in 12 countries per year is a simple way to discover 12 countries, by reading books written by their national authors or foreign writers who wrote about the selected country.

It doesn't matter if you haven't read anything specifically for the meetup, you're welcome even if it's been two months or four years since you read about the country we're discussing the current month. You're welcome even if you haven't read any book about that country, it's nice if you can find inspiration.

And speaking about inspiration, August is Nigeria's month.
