DE // Die Brücke ist ein Symbol für Übergänge. Die künstlerischen Auseinandersetzungen mit ihnen sind vielfältig und vielschichtig. Das Symposium geht der Brücke im Comic aus wissenschaftlicher Perspektive nach. Wo finden wir im Comic Brücken (als Ort, als Metapher) und wie fungieren Comics selbst als Brücke?
EN // The bridge is a symbol for crossings and transitions. Reflections in art of that symbol are diverse and multilayered. The symposium will look at bridges in comics from a academical and scientific perspective. Where do we find bridges in comics (as a location/place, as a metaphor) and how do comics themselves as a medium work as a bridge?
