Food is without a doubt the most effective tool we can and should use to benefit our health.
But there is so much information out there, sometimes we find ourselves lost in the ruckus of questions like “what’s the best diet plan?”, “Should I eat carbs?”, “Is veganism the best option?” etc.
With so many more questions, all answered by equally certified experts, one is left to wonder who to believe?
And most of the time we are alone in the journey to otimize our health, with no one to support us and our process but Google, motivational YouTube videos and Instagram models.
As the need for correct and accurate information about food arises, as well as a want for a nice community of supportive people to boost each other up, “Eating Essentials” is born.
In the lecture you will receive:
– tools to know what, how, and how much to eat and drink.
– correct information about nutrition, enough to make you understand without going deep into the science of it.
– tools to how to understand yourself and to decide what’s best for you in abundant world of info and food
You will not receive:

The first alternative Christmas market in the heart of Bergmannkiez, Berlin. The Schabermarkt is a contact based experience with a lasting effect and binding character. We have put together a great cultural programme with Silent Discos, open-air cinema, workshops, readings, poetry slam, board game evenings and much more for you.
Our goal was to create a meeting place for visitors and residents, a place where the pre-Christmas period can be spent with inspiration and joy.
