DESCRIPTION:Hugo Presents: Project Title: Echoes of the Divine: A Jazz Tribute to ZeldaThis musical jazz project seeks to explore and reinterpret the spiritual and cultural legacy of Zelda Schneurson\, a prominent figure in Chabad Hasidic thought\, known for her profound teachings and dedication to Jewish mysticism. The aim is to create a suite of jazz compositions that resonate with the themes of spirituality\, devotion\, and the intricate relationship between the sacred and the everyday.Berlin-based Mexican guitarist Hugo Fernández combines the improvisational richness of jazz with influences from pop rock\, classical music and world music. With his new project Echoes of the Divine: A Jazz Tribute to Zelda\, he brings a unique musical homage to the poet Zelda Schneerson Mishkovksy to the stage.
