remain centered in the midst of the intensity. 
In the ancient tradition of Yoga it is said that only through awakening the Spiritual heart we can learn to remain simultaneously involved in the world and untouched by it. 
Through the wondrous gift of a conscious cacao ceremony we can get exemplified how to awaken the heart\, remain centered\, and stable in active love for our surrounding and in self love with us. 
We will also learn some simple methods for awakening the heart from the Yogic tradition to then maintain that state and revisit it whenever we wish and need to. 
So come and join us for this free event on 17th of February in the MahaYoga Zentrum in Berlin.
