That's why we have decided to organise discussions where we can exchange thoughts\, experiences and questions regarding what sustainability is and how to work towards it. The conversation will take place in English.Who's organising?The Sustainability Office International at the HU University\, Berlin: a group of current and former students passionate about having discussions and implementing sustainable change in our university and environment.How do I prepare for and/or join the discussion?The end of the COVID-19 pandemic is in sight for Germany. As we approach a return to more freedom\, what will we take away from the forced slower pace of life over the past months?The COVID 19 pandemic has killed millions around the globe\, bringing awareness to the dangers of the illegal wildlife trade (the origin of the virus has not yet been confirmed but its closest known relative is a bat coronavirus [1]). So it's been a global #CovidWakeUpCall\, and on a personal level a chance to rediscover old hobbies (#walksinthewoods) and try out new ways of working.What good habits or new ways of living will you take away from the pandemic?Which changes in society point towards “building back better” after this crisis?#buildbackbetterOptional preparation:1. Have pen and paper ready to jot down thoughts during the discussion. We will use a speakers' list so you might have to wait a couple minutes before you can share your thoughts.2.
