DESCRIPTION:Über die Dauer einer Leerstelle in der Ausstellungsreihe der Galerie zeigen junge Künstler*innen ihre Werke. Die Dauer ist auch ein gemeinsames Element der Arbeiten: Scheinbar ewig haltbarer Marmor löst sich in Lukas Lieses Installation und Skulpturen stetig auf. Bei Elisa Jule Braun sammeln sich über lange Zeit winzige Staubmengen zu ganzen Landschaften an. Die Rauminstallation von Jonas Büßecker zeigt antropomorphe Formen\, die in einer spürbar angespannten Haltung ausharren. Und Florian Hesselbarth fragt: Warum ist das Leben so lang? Zum Ausstellungsauftakt liest Florian Hesselbarth am Samstag\, den 19. Januar 2019 ab 19 Uhraus seiner Kurzgeschichtensammlung 'Warum ist das Leben so lang'. Authentisch und direkt\, rough und zärtlich zugleich findet das Berlin unserer Zeit in Wort und Schrift sein Spiegelbild\, zieht den Zuhörer und Leser in Geschichten\, die uns alle betreffen und berühren. Duration is also one common element of the works: Seemingly everlasting marble dissolves in the installation and sculptures of Lukas Liese. In Elisa Jule Brauns work minute ammounts of dust accumulate into landscapes. In Jonas Büßeckers installation an anthropomorphic form endures in a tensed posture.
