November von 19:30 bis 21:30 Uhr im Fenriz-Trainingszentrum (Lobeckstr. 36\, 10969 Berlin\, U8 Moritzplatz) statt.Bitte bringt leichte Sportsachen und Badeschuhe für die Duschen mit.Der Workshop wird organisiert von Makotokai Berlin\, einer Kampfkunstschule für den Vollkontakt-Karate-Stil Makotokai-Karate.
