DESCRIPTION:A short guided tour in English We will explore the historical buildings around the Luisenbad library: The Panke mill\, the former spa\, the former Arnheim safe factory with the related apartment house and the former BVG depot. At these five stations we will learn something about the origin of the district Gesundbrunnen\, about public transport around the turn of the century and about the fate of Jewish neighbours.Meeting point: In front of the Luisenbad library (Bibliothek) The tour will take about one hour and is held in English.Admission is free\, donations are welcome.Your tour guide is Diana Schaal of Soldiner Kiez e.V.The tour won’t take place in case of raining cats and dogs and not stopping at foreseeable time.This is a special offer to our English speaking residents in Berlin!An event created by Schöne Kiezmomente in cooperation with Soldiner Kiez e.V.on behalf of PankeParcours – a music festival along the banks of the river Pankestarting after our tour at 14:30.Diese Führung wird am 8.
