She writes essays and columns\, has won awards for her poetry\, and is the author of four novels: W ogrodzie Mirandy (In Miranda’s Garden\, 2008)\, Lekcja Tańca (The Dance Lesson\, 2009)\, Królowa Pszczół (The Queen Bee\, 2011) and The Hunter’s Moon (written with J. Bielak\, 2015).Her poems\, translated into several languages\, have been published as volumes of poetry: La Tour (1999)\, Z nieznajomą w podróży (Travels with a Stranger\, 2000)\, Szukam cię\, morze (I Am Looking for You\, Sea\, 2005). Literary translations by Katarzyna Krenz include\, among others\, short stories and novels by Amos Oz\, John Updike and Richard Russo. She is a member of the Polish Writers Association.She has two children and lives in Poland and Portugal with her husband\, an architect and professor of architecture.
