Plus an informal OPEN MIC for your stories...&nbsp\; in English\, German and Arabic!The last Storytelling Arena of the year promises to be full of beautiful Kitsch\, gorgeous winter tales\, a review in stories of the year and outlook to 2016. The evening would not be complete without a guest from Syria\, who will share story songs from better days in his country.Usually every last Friday of the month in Wasserturm Kreuzberg\, this month the Arena is visiting Das Gift – a perfect venue for this event – with its ironic attitude towards Christmas.LADY GABY is a spoken word performance artist and so much more. Her poetry and visual art go against the flow. She turns her powerful words into interactive\, in- your-face performances accompanied by beats\, projections and costumes\, which are wonderfully weird\, fantastically feminist and frictionally fitting to any stage. And that's just her spoken word works - look elsewhere in Berlin for her visual art! Published widely\, she graced the stages of many international cities as a performer &amp\; curator\, the Storytelling Arena is proud to host her...ABDULLAH RAHHAL started singing at the age of 7\, when he started imitating his father\, who was a wonderful singer. In Aleppo\, where he grew up and studied car electronics and worked as a sales manager\, he sang as a student at university venues and later all over his beautiful home city. Forced to leave due to the war\, Abdullah has recently moved to Germany. Here he celebrated his German debut at 2 concerts in Berlin and Brandenburg.The Host\, RACHEL CLARKE Living in her Wahlheimat Berlin has taught Rachel all about German culture and language\, but hasn't made her lose her down to earth Glaswegian nature or dark Scottish humour. Storyteller and theatre practitioner – she loves the unusual weird and contemporary on the stage and in life.OPEN MIC - Cosy in comparison to other open mics - share you own stories at tables – and only get up and share with the whole room\, if you feel like it.
