DESCRIPTION:The first International Day of Yoga in Berlin is being organised at the foot of the iconic Brandenburg Gate at Pariser Platz. We will have a large LED screen and stage installed at the Platz for demonstration of various asanas (or postures/positions) and breathing techniques by trained teachers of Art of Living\, Isha Foundation and Iyengar Yoga. All are welcome to witness or join for yoga. Though a limited number of mats will be available on-site for use\, you are encouraged to bring your own mat.
