DESCRIPTION:Storytellers Teaclub Berlin continues with the May edition on the topic: The greatest story told.What is Storytellers Teaclub Berlin? It's a very loose get together by people for people who like to tell and hear stories.Everyone likes a good story. So we get together once a month to hear and tell stories on a particular theme. The event is open to everyone and no\, you don't have to tell a story if you don't feel like it or you don't have one.Imagine having a cup of tea or coffee with a group of strangers and listening to stories while doing it. I can't think of a better way to meet new people than through the stories they tell. You can finally get away from small talk and asking all the usual questions (How long have you lived in Berlin? Where are you from? What do you do here?...) but instead get to know people through their own words telling us about something totally different.The theme of the next get together is "The Greatest Story Told".We are narrators and we are listeners. Let´s\, for a second\, focus on the latter. What story captured us? What is the story that made us think 'wow\, I wish this happened to me' or 'hey\, that´s really an incredible story'. What story did we hear that made a big impact on us? Sure\, our lives are incredible\, but so are the lives of others. Can you remember someone else´s story that you consider worth passing along? Well\, that´s the story we´d like to hear at our next get together. Tell us about it or just come to hear other folks´ stories.The event is completely free (you are encouraged to get a drink or something at the bar as a thank you for the venue that hosts this event for free) and no one is a professional (or even amateur) storyteller.
